Presentation of the 'Mosselburger'

Today marked the opening of the mussel season, and the press was invited to the presentation of the 'Seabør Zeeuwse Mosselburger,' a burger made from mussels. We received numerous positive comments!

With genuine intentions to make a small difference, we managed to introduce this wonderful product to the market as a meat alternative within a year. In the coming weeks, we will be traveling to organize tastings for the hospitality industry and wholesalers.
